67 seat mounting, anchor color

    67 seat mounting, anchor color

    I read some where that depending on where the body was built the anchor was wither black or zinc chromite. so for a St. Louis body what would it be

    I can't testify to your exact statement about the anchor plates being true or not . However typically the AO Smith bodies came with whatever metal parts that were painted , painted zink chromite , and the St Louis metal parts were , whenever painted , painted black.
