    68 Harrison Radiator Value??

Im curious to the value of an original harrison aluminum radiator in great condition. This particular radiator is for a 68 small block. Do these original radiators have any value? I did a search on the internet, but all i came up with were damaged originals for cheap or new correct reproductions for sale.

    Thanks

Chris, unless the radiator was a early take out. a 40+ year radiator for someone putting it in there car for a daily driver might be a gamble. for someone looking to Top Flite or Duntov a car it may work.

As far as value, Put it on E/bay and put a figue you think it worth, Shipping will be expensive, Unless someone local is the winning bidder.

Yeah, i hate to ask that type of question here, but I was just debating options.

My father has a 64 small block, nothing special, just a 327/250hp car, which the 68 radiator is currently installed in. I am doing some work on the car for him and i need to remove the radiator. The 68 radiator works great and the car never runs above 180, but since it is an original 68 radiator, i thought it might have value and if so, then i was going to consider selling it for him and buying a direct fit replacement from dewitts. however, something tells me that i will not get the 550.00 for the 68 radiator to offset the cost of a direct replacement, so it's probably best to just keep using this radiator.

Chris the C3 cars seem to have a little more air flow than the C2 cars. A partly plugged system would like overheat in a C2 car.

As i mentioned in my second post, which might not have been up when you responded, the 68 radiator is currently installed in a 64 and it works great.

I wasnt aware of any drastic differences in the 327 radiator design from the c2 to the c3 model. I thought they were all basically the same.

I just know it is dated, but it appears to be the same design.
