DC Ralley - Anyone ever see this?
I recently purchased a DC Ralley. Its an original rim with the big DC stamp. Upon looking for KH stampings on the bead, I found this....

Can't say that i seen that Kelsey tag before, but i've seen the chrysler pentagon stamped on a rim. I thought that was different. -

Dave - I have several of these wheels with the tan paint on the inside but not a tag like yours. The wheels I have are dated 11 67 inside the rim by the the other stampings so as John mentioned that are either SERVICE wheels or they could also be Camaro wheels because if the date stamping and I think they were used on the 67-68 Camaros.
Check yours for the manufacture's date stamping and see what you find. If it's later then 67 Corvette production wheels it will function fine and only you will know.

As John mentioned, these are Kelsey-Hayes wheels sold through their own aftermarket channels as opposed to those supplied to PRODUCTION or GMSPO.
So, what's the difference between these wheels and those supplied to GM for either PRODUCTION or SERVICE purposes? Well, USUALLY, those supplied to GM will be stamped "GM" somewhere on the wheel.In Appreciation of John HinckleyComment

Steve Walker had one or two of them on his 67. We found out they were K.H over the counter wheels. Seems like the DC was a different size ?Comment
