Wheel cover parts # reference...3972260

I come across a set of wheel covers resembling the PO2 option however the part # reference is 3972260. Strange thing, the covers look to be Corvette but appear to fit a 14" wheel.

Anyone have an ideas as what application might be for these covers...3972260

If they are 14", I believe they would be for a Monte Carlo

GM #3972260 were wheel covers for 14" wheels applicable to 1970-72 Chevelles with P02 wheel cover option. They were discontinued without supercession in July, 1987.

Most, if not all, Monte Carlos used 15" wheels.

Thanks Joe, I was ready to snap these up as they were new and never mounted. Thankfully had the owner do some measuring. Kept coming up for a 14" wheel.
