1962 rear license plate fastener

Can someone please tell me what the correct fastener is which hold the rear license plate on my 1962? Happy Holidays and thank you in advance.

Are you asking about the screw or the spring nut that is in the backing plate (not sure about the plate)? Go to the Corvette Central website and plug in "license plate screw and mounting nut". Good picture there.

It's a slotted head metal screw about 3/4" long. A better picture is in the CC catalog.
