Jim G, Steve B, Gary W. -- does this car have a 36 gal tank that appears to be factory installed, or not ? The pictures surely don't show any of the more evident markers.

Gary -- do imports to Australia still have to undergo RHD conversion, and windshield must be non-tinted ?

Wayne, I was told that it did originally come with the 36.5 gallon tank but was removed.

Hi Wayne - Big Tank not currently fitted and I can't comment if one was ever installed as must admit to not having ever looked closely in that area......
LHD to RHD legislation varies slightly from State-to-State.....here in WA pre-December 31 '89 build require no conversion........other States vary between 15-30 year-old vehicles. Reason being around "protection" of local car manufacturing industry......
No requirements around tinted vs non-tinted windscreens....requirements focus on headlight beam angles, indicator lense color (red lense not allowed here, must be orange) and rear-vision mirrors.

Thanks Gary,
I am happy Terry bought it. His Corvette passion will treat the car correctly, and he will find a good home for the car I am sure. At least we all will have a chance to enjoy the car before it disapears into a collection.
