Anyone remember 1966 427 body on restored in Virginia 1980's

I am looking for the owner of my 1966 rally red 427 roadster who body on restored the car back in the 1980's in Virginia. He sold the car to a dealer in Pennsylvania in 1989. The dealer said he purchased a few cars from this individual back in that time frame. The original shipping dealer was Sausman Chevrolet in Lemoyne, PA.. If anyone remembers anything I would greatly appreciate any leads I can get!!

John, looks like Penndot was not so helpful, were they?

Someone here must know about the VA restorer/dealer.

One other suggestion is to get a sub to newspaper archives and look in those areas in those years. I've called some of these and talked to some neat vet-heads, you never know - one might be your original owner.

What part of Virginia? Contact the local Corvette club, someone there might remember.
