    Reskinning Aluminum Valve Covers

Does anyone have a good source to "reskin" or restore the original look to aluminum script valve covers? Mine are original and do not have the seam through the letter "o". Thanks in advance

Not convenient for you in FL, but J & P Deburring in Chatsworth CA does an excellent job.

I echo Don's recommendation. Had my original valve covers and F. I. Plenum done by them for unbelieveably low cost. All original casting marks and flash remained and nothing left but "as-cast" aluminum. They look like new and have stayed that way for the last nine months. Friendly people too.

John DeGregory, a frequent poster here, does an excellent job on valve covers. Also Jerry McNeish, who is recommended by many on this board, does a very good job.
