ao smith seat bracket nut plates

I know this has been discussed b4 but i cant seem to find, or remember how the seat bracket rear nut plates were attached on an ao smith car. (1966 coupe) one is deffinitely riveted but i thought one was just attached by the bolts from the seat bracket above.
also are both painted green chromate?? or just the riveted one??

You would be correct in that one plate is riveted, the other held in place by the seat bracket hold down bolt. However, I'm not so sure either had zinc chromate sprayed on them.

Here you can see the green zinc mount plates through the exhaust pipe holes in the frame crossmember, and behind it on a 66 AOS BB coupe (...that has been converted to side exhaust).

My understanding from knowledgeable members on the Board is that AO Smith left all the under body parts in green zinc since they did not have the set up to do the black.
