'61 heater fresh air hose clamps

I need help on the correct clamps used on the heater hose (runs from the radiator area to the heater core) for a '61 Vette with Fuel Injection.

The assembly manual shows the heater hose clamps as the style with the tighting screw at a right angle to radial but the Corvette Central shows the clamp as the style with the tighting screw radial (perpendicular to the arc of the band).

Which is correct?

Does the Judging Manual tell you which? Jusy because a vendor sells it don't assume it is correct.

The first two photos feature our P/N 451210 1956-60 clamp. This one threads through the slot, bends back 180 degrees and the screw just keeps it from unbending.


Third and fourth pictures are our P/N 451211 1961-62 clamp.
