C1 Door front run channel mounting holes

Hi all,

Does anyone know if on C1 door front run channels (for the windows) were the mounting holes small throughout the years 56-62? or at some point did the factory start elongating them? I have seen them both ways. Mine are elongated -- for a 59. Maybe they were small for 56/57 and the factory reused the part for 58-62 but the door geometry changed a little or something? See pic below.

I'm not sure that elongation looks factory. I've had a no. of 62's--none were elongated.
