C3 Fender to Hood Gap Widening?

I replaced the core support on a '69 and on completion the gap between the rear of the passenger fender and the rear or the hood / wiper door, tripled in width!?
it's now .300" wide and is pulling away/outward, from the cowl.
I am assuming that the height at the front of the nose in relationship to the frame changed, but did it go up or down?
    Which direction would cause this?
The drivers side also widen slightly, but not like the pass. side.
Can anyone with C3 body alignment experience speak to what is happening?
    Thanks.

Need to add shim to the right side where the core support mounts to frame

      Thanks Dick.
So you believe that side is drooping?
In looking at the nose it looks like the corner won't move up unless the bumper also moves up.
The bumper brackets bolt to the frame and the V shaped front crossmember, so all of this will have to be loosened too. Correct?

There are more adjustments than you can shake a stick at. Get the body gap fixed and then adjust your bumper mounts to fit the body.
