    Instrument Knob Refinishing

    I am trying to restore radio/heater knobs and am looking for suggestions on painting black centers on knobs.

      Walter, its just like painting anything else. Make sure your surface is scuffed, clean, masked off, and use a adhesion promoter. I use Dupont 222S as a adhesion promoter and then Krylon 1613 for the final coat or something similar. You will be happy with your results.
