That actually makes 5 out of 16 I know. An Elkhart Blue one sold at the Mecum auction in January of this year. $122,500, I believe. A bit low due to this recession but not bad.

      Larry,
Do you think the fact its an auto hurts or helps (for me it was a plus because it helped with the boss (wife)) My 58 was like driving a truck and although beautiful to look at not so much fun to drive.

I know four others. Two are Marina Blue, one is Silver and one is Lyndale Blue. Guess we're at 9 now....

Definitely doesn't hurt, but only because of its rarity. Remove the A/C, and value plummets, but auto and A/C 427/400? You're back into rarified territory. Because only 16 (supposedly) were made.

As far as overlap between Dave's list of cars and my list, I dunno. There's a member of CF that has a low-mileage 67 coupe like mine, same color. Also got John Hinckle look at one for me in Michigan that was a roadster but not in good shape, also yellow. Plus another yellow one (now black) was advertised...I forget where. I have a list of serial numbers of known ones somewhere if you want to explore this more.

How much would you take for yours? Not offering to buy, just curious...or PM me if you wish. I wouldn't take $122,500 for mine.

              Larry
I'm not interested in selling it I just am trying to find as much info as possible. I'm just one of those people that needs to know everything I can about my car.
              Thanks
