BB rocker arm stud installation advice

I need to change one of the rocker arm studs on my 427. My shop manual calls for 50 lb-ft torque and to coat the cylinder head side of the threads with a sealant. What type of sealant? Should I use an anti-sieze or loctite? Will this act as an adequate sealant? I will be doing this with the head on the engine. Any potential pitfalls I should know about to avoid?

    Thanks.

if the stud holes go into the water jacket use non hardening permatex. if the holes are blind use loctite BUT don't use too much as you can hydraulic the blind hole and crack the casting

How long should I wait to run the car after finishing?
