    Holley Carburator stamping

Just a quick question. Does anyone have any thoughts on the stamping on the carb in the picture? Does it look good?

    Thanks

I can't speak to the originality of the stamping of your holley, all I can do is provide another picture from a 1972 car that was in a local craigslist ad. To me they look similar
      Hope this helps some.

        Roy,

Thanks for the response. The stamping appears to be correct from what I've read, I just wanted others' opinions.

        Thanks.

OK, let's try this a different way. For all of you judges out there, do any of you see anything in the picture in my original post that would cause you to want to deduct points during judging?

          Looking forward to your responses.

          Thanks.

Kenneth, I have one I picked up for my car. I don't have my camera and will be leaving for the mountains at noon but the stamping appears very similar to yours. All the characters appear the same. Even the LI in list are more pronounced like yours. But your S appears a little higher and minie appears a little lower than the T. The date on mine is 9A1.
I have no clue as to the originality of mine though.
I will try to post a pick first of the week.

              Keith,

I did purchase the carburetor. Once I receive it I'll post additional pictures. Thanks for your input.
