The listing has ended and hopefully no one else will get burned with that car. This is yet another bogus car that has been or is currently on ebay.

Long history, is the seller the same as referenced in the DOC link of 2003?

Off ebay just means they will have to try harder to find a person that does not know better to buy it and that they will, it just takes time.
