67 Big Block Hood stripe color

On 1967 Marlboro Maroon big block cars with trim code 455 black/white vinyl interior Any chance the stripe could be white? I have read the only color stripe on Marlboro Maroon cars is black. I have talked to others that say that with the white/black interior white stripe was possible. Any thoughts??

The Chevrolet hood stripe color chart shows that maroon cars with 2-tone black/white interiors got a black hood stripe.

I had an original 67 maroon with blk/white interior and always thought it would look good with a white stripe but as previously stated only black was factory.
