How can one distinguish between OEM verses repro rocker panels? I've been looking for a nice set of originals and have looked at several sets, but I'm not sure if I know how to tell the real deal.

Re: Rocker Panels, Real Vs Repro
I saw a pair of original 1966 rocker panels on eBay recently, and they exhibited the same "D&L" stamp you mention. There are clear pictures of this stamp in the listing. For anyone interested, search item # 180717771884, and see the last two pictures.
I checked my '67 rocker panels for this stamping, but could not find it anywhere. This may mean that my rocker panels are older service replacements.
Per the original post, can anyone confirm that '67 rocker panels should have a manufacturer identification stamp ("D&L" or other)?- Top
