1960 paint... What is this?
Finally getting to cleaning 50 years of grime off of the 60 and I found this interesting oddity around both cross flag emblems. It appears that an area around the emblem has not been polished? There is no discernable edge between the dull area and the shiney area. This is an original owner car with original paint as far as I know. I have a ton of receipts for all of the work ever done to the car and there are none for any type of body work.
