    Removing A/C frigidaire label intact?

I'm trying to remove a dated 'frigidaire' label off my '73 V.I.R. valve. Want to remove without ruining it. The original is very thin and VERY well adhered. Any ideas?

Try this. Let it soak for about a minute & then use a single edge razor blade to carefully lift the label off.

      Rich,
I remove them with a heat gun and it works great.

You can use the rasor blade to get it started after heating the edges then heat as you pull back. Watch your fingers as I usually get the heat to close when I do it.
