    Electrical Update

Any suggestions out there concerning re-wiring my 61? I have been looking at Electric Limited and M&H. I hear they are about the same, however there must be some folks out there that have used both. Which one is preferred? Also, any suggestions on who has the best price and are there any shortcut, do or don't prior to getting started.
    Any help would be appreciated.

I did my homework on this one. It appears M&H and Electric Limited are used the majority of the time on early vettes with the best results. They appear to have the best NOS connections and excellent tech.
Zip Corvette also appears to have the best price.

I'm not there yet, but I plan on putting an alternator, don't know yet whether it will be one or three wire, but can any of the people that make harnesses, make it up so it will connect to an alternator?

For my 57 I bought LLs via CC. Good harness, right lengths and connectors. But very expensive - looks like I should have checked Zip first. Not sure if it will pass jugging - others may know. -Dan-

If you are going with an alternator I have used a few 1 wire setups in the past and they are great.
Some of the big harness builders can add a wire for your application using the alternator.
Since some posters have mentioned various suppliers I have used a company named Eagle Wire Products for many years and are very satisfied with thier products, prices and service. Owned by Spencer Rose, phone 1-800-977-0030
