1960 Powerglide Dipstick

The 1958 - 1960 Judging Guide is silent on whether there was a felt washer under the cap or not. Any first hand information on original PG dipsticks and whether they had felt washers?

My early '61 PG dipstick has no felt under the cap.
While not the PG that was in the car when it rolled off the line, it does have Feb. '61 dates on the case and all other original cast iron PG items, including the one-year-only '61 neutral safety switch.

Thanks Peter for the info. Since the Judging Guide is silent on this, I will leave the dipstick without a felt washer.
