Help identify the reproduction marker light

I'm not sure if I can take a good enough picture to capture the difference, but I took a shot at it!

Here are some of the differences....
LH is darker amber than the RH.
LH has a glossy finish compared to the RH.
LH has "T__O__P" marking on back.
RH has "T___O__P" marking on back.

Which is the reproduction part?
Perhaps they're both GM parts, one being newer than the other.

Do the current reproductions pass inspection?

Have you compared the GM part numbers on each with what is shown in the assembly instruction manual (AIM)?

We determined that they are both authentic GM parts. One was probably on the car originally and one was purchased later.
