I have 40 year old paint that was used on cars and it is good to go.

It all depends on how good the lid is on and the temp.

I have mine in the Palm Springs heat and find some of the same brand solid and others good to mix.

Now when I store paint I blow nitrogen in the can then seal it and keep it in a cool room.

The worst I have seen in a usable OLD paint is the pigment setteling to the bottom of the can. It can be stirred back in and used.
