No Doubt the Hurricane had a major impact on attendance

Found a few parts a 1st design RC-26 for mid year A/C car, NOS front air dam (spoiler) for 68-72, and a center gauge bezel with gauges for late 68 till 71 (not broken in half). All at below or well below value. My best day for selling was Thursday and the Friday till around noon then it died.

Went to the fairgrounds around noon on Thursday and when I walked through the Corvette America tent they had a clearance table with a repro air cleaner top for my 63 340 HP car. Even though it was not on my list mine is starting to rust and I thought, "For 20 bucks, why not?". Mine is just a driver so when they told me they were either blemished or not up to their standards I figured it will do. Have yet to find whatever is wrong with it so that's my find for this year.

Hope all you eastern seaboarders got home ok.
        Hi Norm

That's the best way to buy parts for me too. I found a complete set of ignition shielding tin for my 60 at a meet in Sacramento a couple weeks back for $80. I still have to get the brackets and I think it's for a 61 but I wasn't even looking for any and I figured hey it's just a driver too and for $80....why not!

Hope you and your duaghter had fun at Carlisle. I'm leaning toward going there next year.

I found a 67 327 air cleaner base plate, orig. GM excellent condition, NOS 67 ft. & rear emblems, 4 NOS GM air cleaner spark arrsters, a WSW cap for my '78 Buick, 2 ea. small & large NOS GM BBC valve cover grommets (subsequently discovered still avail. from GM, no find here), and an Delco ETR AM/FM Cassette for my '81 K30.

I was happy with my haul.

Bad news? Philia. Intl. Airport shut down on Sunday, flight home cancelled. Earliest time out 5:00 PM Monday out of Harrisburg. National got $150.00 from me just to leave the car in Harrisburg instead of Philia.

Surprised nobody mentioned the '66 tanker at JT Piper's swap spaces. Missing front clip, and all the N03 components except the wheelwell caps. Originally Nassau with dark blue (code 418) interior. Probably big block, due to holes and internal frame nuts for rear sway bar. Frame also points to 36 gal car, judging from extra fuel line clip hole in the frame at rear X-member (where kick-up starts) that is threaded, and lack of threads in the hole at rearmost corner, where 20 gal fuel line clip would go. Other than what shows in pics, the original bare frame and the doors are the only additional items; no suspension or driveline parts.

Values being kicked around were somewhere between 18 and 25K. I left the grounds for good about 1pm Friday, and am curious if anyone knows if it sold, and for what $$$ ?

The original rossette rivets that Kevin Powers had were a big hit for many.

Rocker moldings, exhaust manifold, air cleaner lid, T3 bulbs, Micro wheel weights for my recently acquired 63 SWC. Unfortunately left empty handed when it came to wheels - prices are nuts for the correct 63 steel wheels $600+ PER WHEEL.
