    Never mind the pic of the pits, how about the hard charging action shot! very nice, looks like the bottom turn coming out of the cork screw?

        You are correct that is coming down the corkscrew. This turn definitly focuses the mind. From begining to exit of this area is the eqivalent of a three story drop. When you enter the corkscrew you can't see the corner or turn in point. This corner and turn 12 at Road Atlanta have high "pucker factor"
        Yes Billy K did several areas on the car. (good eye) he does beauitiful fitting of thing like the roll cage to the rear cover and the aluminum work is elegant. Several very talented folks have had a hand in this car over the years.

          to keep it nice don't let any race cars park on the roll bar again.

            I don't ever want to go through that again. That crash is the reason i now race only on the west coast. I hope the midwest racing organizations follow the lead of HMSA and return to cars the way they were not what they can be made into with todays technology
