1969 350/300 valve covers wire clips

can some one help me tell me if 1969 350/300 valve covers have wire clips on them, and if so how many and where ? Im talking about the bendable ones with rubber insulators. thank you in advance derek.

There is ONE wire clip on 1969 small block valve covers. That clip is located on the right side valve cover on the upper rear side of the cover. It is about 1 to 1-1/2" to the rear of the upper rear valve cover bolt.

Would this carry through 1972 or was there more "stuff" on the 1972 SB valve covers?

I believe that additional clip(s) were added after either 1969 or 1970 but I don't recall the details.

Two on left valve cover 1971, though occasionally they show up on the right.
More likely to have 2 on each side in 1972.
