54 horns
Can these be bench tested straight from a six volt battery? BTW, I removed the antenna and rear harness yesterday. Tricky.

Yes A 6v battery will work fine. If you need them rebuilt Bill Steinmetz does very nice work and is very reasonable. -

Help the kid here on the bench test with a 6V - 2 wires run from the horn - one to run to the positive post and the other to run the negitive post? Does it matter which runs to which post?
Basic question I know but don't want to ruin what I have.
