7 Bids from 6 bidders in 7 hours?

What do they know that I don't? My favorite part: The vet is a 1967 but is titled as a 1963. I do not know why that's how I bought it. The VIN is 30837S104789 .

No telling what that thing is. It has the upright radiator of a 63, and look at the door lock knobs.

Oh boy, good luck getting it retitled and registered. But some very interesting Bubba-equipment here.

One distinct possibility here is that it is a 1967 (or, mostly a 1967) but it has a 1963 VIN plate. That would be the VIN plate from a 1963 that's long-gone on a stolen 1967.

I am very surprised that eflea has left it up this long. Surely someone has reported it. There has to be a very interesting reason for the title year. You could not get a NC title, unless you bonded it, and then you would have DMV on you like stink on ****

The only innocent explanation I can think of is that the guy he bought it from signed over the wrong title. No photos that show the vin/trim tags though.

Just as the big banks in the world launder the big money, the largest auction house in the world launders cars...

                very unfortunate.

I recorded '63 #4,789 in my '63 file also from a for sale ad.
I have it listed as being a Saddle Tan/Saddle leather NOM 4spd Coupe that was modified when listed with the split removed, Body #2,500....and it was White/Black at the time.

                  Perhaps it saw further modification?

At least the 1963 dash knobs match up with the VIN.

You would not need a title in N.H. to register the car since it is over 15 years old.

With the prior history its looking like a 63 with lots of modifications and an owner whose intent was not in alignment with the NCRS mission statement.

I did a title on a motorcycle that I built from parts (as many of our cars are) and the DMV didn't know what part of the bike was the part to list as the year so they made a 1957 a 2002 bike.

They may have mixed a 67 body with a 63 frame and title.

                        It has had major changes.

I just noticed that it has a 67 parking brake between the seats. I think that probably says the main part of the body is a 67.

I would say this is the results of combining all the parts cars in one's collection and molding it all together to make one bastard Corvette.
