    Turn signal switch rebuilder?

Does anyone repair/rebuild them? I really don't like using the replacements with the adapter between the switch and body harness.

I haven't tried it yet, but thought about removing wires from incorrect plug then transferring to the old original plug.

I replaced the wiring harness on a new switch with the original harness to maintain the flat ribbon and color codes. It is easy, just takes patience and good soldering techniques.
I soldered the wires in a "staggered" configuration using heat shrink tubing to insulate the joints

        That was my back-up plan!
