Recently,I had a local professional rebuilder restore the alternator. If my memory is correct, I did not have any guage issuesbefore the rebuild. Now this guage jumps all over the place whether the car is sitting at a redlight or in motion. I would like to test the alternator independent of current guage without taking the dash apart. Should I test off the alernator or the horn relay? Thanks in advance for your help!
