Door panel - "Whiskers"
Looking for a close to original as possible black door panel -whiskers replacement for both my door panels - 66 vert.
I know you can purchase the whiskers that come already attaced to the Ss metal strip along the top of the door panel but I want to leave my original strip in place as its a very nice piece with only 44,000 org miles on my L-36. The blk whiskers however after 45 yrs are flatened out and would like to replace this Felt strip.
Have check every fabric store and local car interior places. Actually had Al Knock send me out 3 ft of what he uses on his new door panels but it is not correct. AK whiskers are too thin, not "furry" enought if you will....
Has anyone have a contact to purchase the correct Felt Whiskers for Midyear door panels..........thx.
