Agreed, great event with awesome speakers and fantastic cars. It seemed like everyone was enjoying themselves. The GM Heritage Center was simply incredible. Thanks Michigan Chapter & NCRS National!

Hi,
Just got home after the long drive.
I can't thank the Michigan chapter enough for all their efforts, and for setting up so many great speakers and GM related trips.
I mean, when was the last time you got to hang with GM's top aerodynamicists in the GM wind tunnel while it's in operation?!?
Or had dinner among almost every GM show car ever produced, including the "LeSabre","Y job", Firebird one and two, and of course "Mako Shark I" and "Mako Shark II/Manta Ray"? No ropes, no cords, as many pictures as you could take, amazing!

Super, super, great meet. Loved looking at the GM show cars. Road tour was fun as it always has been. The Corvettes sure got a lot of notice and courteous wave bye's by the public.

It's always a good time meeting up with old friends at the national and talking Corvettes.......

Hammer down at 70 mph in the 65 coupe and the ride home was a bit cooler than previous week temperatures. Ya just can't match the feeling of driving the old cars out on the open road.

Kudos to Howard Hoover and his staff and our National staff for hosting a great event. I have to point out though that the Michigan guys have an unfair advantage of being located in the greatest automotive venue in the world -- Detroit. John Hinkley's presentation about the St.Louis plant was top notch.

Besides having a great time, my white 66 roadster took home a high score Top Flight Award and I was able to collect some judging points.

I hope that everyone plans to attend our Pittsburgh chapter's Pennsylvania Regional in Sept. 2012.

Thank you for the complement. Terry's advanced judging schools are achieving growing numbers of attendance.

We have had some real interesting Corvettes to present for the classes. Thank you to the owners for sharing those cars.

Ed, it was a big pleasure meeting you this week. I enjoyed spending time and sharing some laughs as we submitted our cars to the judging teams. Stay in touch - that's what this is about, right?
