I believe that the NORS air cleaner, GM # 6484498, currently on Ebay was never original equipment on any vehicle.

I haven't found any applications that require three tubes. The part number was assigned in 1969. It appears to be a one size fits all applications. Just block off the tube or tubes that your application doesn't need. Looks like it could be used on small block or big block applications.
