1958 - 1962 Were the doors mounted on the car before the final painting? If not, how about the door hinges? Thanks

pictures in noland adams book show that doors were on the car when painted...check pages 210, 218, 256

correct = all painted, even the bolt heads on hindge, I had to remove a door after painted & took a small art brush & touched up the chips from philips screw driver
