67 original antenna - repair to mast base?

This original 1967 large ball antenna was apparently removed at one time by cousin Bubba.
Any one out there who can fix this? - does someone repair these?

Jeff, I believe these are stainless steel so it could be taken to someone that welds stainless and welded up however it would then need tom be taken to a machinist who could machine it back to it's original shape-hardly worth the cost.

Jeff - two well know names in this order. For the over al feasability of these antenna's - Greg Thompson, and then Richard Fortier for build up and re machining.
