Yes and no. Are you referring to paints or the inspection paint, shim marks and stencil kit. Quanta sells their "chassis detailing kit" but the latest they sell is 1972. But the primary difference between it and 1978 is the frame stencil and paint. I think 72 was white and 78 is yellow.

I've corresponded with Quanta about a 78 frame stencil but they have not researched character size, format, part numbers or date code format. But they were willing to cut the stencil if I provided the information.
