    Which Horn, Which Side

Just checking on this. On a 67 corvette which horn is on the passenger side - the high note (A Note), or low note (F Note)? Thanks.

    Hi Kirk:

I believe the low note goes to the left.

Put them on so the openings face each other.

Adhering to the convention of "most" odd# parts to the left(Drivers Side), I would agree. Low note is a 487, High note is a 488.

However, according to the Spec Guide...... 53-63 low note horns mounted on the right(Pass Side) even though they are odd numbered. 64-67 all low note horns mount on left.

Just look in the 1967 Corvette AIM (UPC 12, sheet A5).
The 9000488 (hi note) horn goes on the passenger side and the 9000487 (low note) horn goes on the drivers side. The openings face each other.
