I'm in northern Minnesota. I see a lot of storage parks in my travels, but I don't know how many sell their units, or if any if them offer bigger units like I have. Maybe I just got lucky. Like I said before, I think the "Garage Condo" label adds another component to the price. We are in a resort area up here with a lot of seasonal residents who need to store boats, golf carts, snowmobiles, PWC's and other general stuff. These could be unique to this kind of area.

There is one in Scottsdale called Toy Barns, if I remember right. I talked to the rep at B-J 2 years ago. Seems like he said I could have heat/ac. water, bath or whatever I wanted to opt for. Some pictures showed rather large units with loft areas set up like man caves. This was a gated facility with full time secuity. If I retire to that area this would make a lot of sence. Homes with shops are hard to find out there.

it's a couples of miles away from me. I'm hoping to get a tour there sometime, as it looks interesting, but a bit expensive.

Does anybody have any experience with Garage Condos? Good or Bad? I want to learn more about these things because we finally have one in the Columbus area.

What's the name of the place in Columbus? I'm in Cincinnati and wondering if they (or someone else similar) are down here also.

The name of the place is Executive Storage Estates and their web site is ExecutiveStorageEstates.com. I think this is their only location. There is a similar property located in the Dayton Area. You can Google them at "Storage Condos in Central Ohio". Don't know the name off the top of my head.
