C2 seat track strap color ?

I saw a photo of an original blue interior carpet with the seats removed (taken to show the carpet cut outs) and noticed that the rear seat track saddle straps were painted blue like the interior. Is this factory original and NCRS correct?

I believe those were installed when the car was painted so it could have very well been painted the EXTERIOR COLOR of the car. Just depends who and how sloppy the painter was that day or shift. It was not intended for those mounts to be painted BUT overspray has it's own mind sometimes. I would bet just the outside and top of those mounts were painted. And painted by accident!

The rear storage wells were painted interior/carpet color, and it wouldn't be unusual to see that color overspray on the rear seat track straps.
