Correct date code on master cylinder

On my 70 it looks like 0117. Would that be correct for a late May build?

117th day of 1970. April 27th according to my calendar. What do you think?

Steve, with the julian date that is 117th day of 70, the p/brake cars also had the letter PG stamped n the front flat of the cylinder, and the casting no. should be 5480346, non power cars had DC and casting no. 5455509
