Door Lock Retainer Plate
First, a huge shout out to Dan Holstein! You rock.
Working on the doors and trying to put the restored original door handles back on the car (currently has reproductions) along with rehabing other items. Having a hard time with the removal of the door lock retainer plate. Other than pulling/tugging like He## on it with pliers, (not wanting to bust something) is there another smarter way to get it off?
BTW - My door panel is clearly the original and was signed with a pencil "Jackie" along with an big #3.
