69 outer wheel lip

I have 5 - K19 AZ wheels for my 69 vette, 4 of the wheels are original with (GM C) , I purchased an extra wheel (GM F) that has the front lip rolled inwards, it is not a straight lip like the 4 original ones,

Can someone tell what this wheel is for or why the lip is rolled inwards

I have never noted a Corvette wheel with an outer flange configured like the one on the left of your photo. That includes original 1969 wheels and MUCH later SERVICE wheels, right up until the time their manufacture by Hayes Wheel was discontinued.
