The left front directional light on my 1960 works fine. When I turn on the right front directional light, the bulb has a dim blink and the left front bulb blinks at the same time with the same dim blink. Any suggestions as to what to check. Thanks.

Re: Directional light problem-1960
Remove the lens on the right side lamp and check for the bulb being installed mis-indexed (difficult to do with the staggered pins, but still possible), and check for corroded contacts or a broken fiber carrier in the socket.- Top

Sounds like your directional circuit is feeding the parking lights; the parking lights are wired together. Is one of your parking lights much brighter than the other? If yes, you may have the wires crossed.- Top
