68 Ash Tray

I recently got gigged on my ash tray that I believe is original. I was told it lacks a "stamping" on the bottom. Can someone shed a little light on what I should be looking for. The Judinging Guide is not that specific.

Hi Jack,
The ash tray in my 71 has 'AAC' stamped on the side of the tray opposite the spring clip.
Might that be true for your 68 also?

Yes, that stamping is what the judges look for.
