Does any vendor actually rebuild Corvette power antennas?

If so, how was your experience with the vendor?

I am going to replace the piece in my 1985's antenna that raises and lowers the mast myself. After more than 25 years of use it broke this year. I have had the new replacement piece since 1993 knowing one day this piece of the antenna would fail.
I disconnected the power wiring when the mast would not go down on its own. Around town, the antenna not coming up is really not missed, since the Bose system sounds fine without an up antenna.
