Waterpump from my 68 L71 - what is it?

I replaced this water pump a while ago - it was not working properly. It seems to me that this is not an original pump for a 68 L71 or is it? And if not? Which cars used this application? Thanks again, erik

Hi Eric
It looks to me as an aftermarket replacement. The originals has 4 holes in the pulley flange where as the replacement has many holes for various applications.
If you need an original I have some date C or D 68 You can pm me if you like.

That's 100% correct Graeme - well actually it was sitting outside for a while and the lady "suggested" it would be better to throw it in the bin, where it is as we speak
