Anyone know where I can find a choke housing for a 4360 Unit? Maybe some one has a photo of one that I can use as a reference while looking. I've already tried most of the FI guys. Thanks. Paul

Re: 4360 FI Unit Choke Housing
Have you tried John DeGregory and Jerry Bramlett? There's also two guys advertising in Driveline in the parts section (not the big ads) who say they have a lot of FI parts. These ads were in the three Drivelines prior to the last edition.- Top

Re: 4360 FI Unit Choke Housing
Paul,
Attached are a few pictures of my 4360 cold enrichment mechanism, aka choke.
I also attached a picture of the parts inside of the housing which is from Kaysers book on FI on page 471.
I hope this helps.- Top

Re: 4360 FI Unit Choke Housing
Bruce, Is the black electric choke cover on your 4360 the same cover as was used on a '4520? Gail Parsons once told me it was not the same part. Your thoughts please.
Paul-notice the cork that goes inside the choke housing. Wouldn't take much to make some of those. JD- Top

Re: 4360 FI Unit Choke Housing
John,
I'm not sure if the covers are the same for a 4360 and a 4520.
I'll try and do some research.
Paul,
I have contacted a friend on the west coast to see if he can come up with the parts you need. I also need a choke for a 4900 although it ran fine for 2 years without one.
