    1960 Air Base Plate-1x4

When I purchased my car in 1989, it had a chromed steel cover (mid-1960s GTO, base engine) and separate base plate. My car would have been built with the separate base plate - cover assembly. There is no evidence of the silk screened instructions on the base plate, but age could have something to do with that.

Is there any way to determine if the base plate is a 1x4 Corvette base plate?

If I can't verify that it is correct for my car, I will probably purchase the entire repro assembly.

The Winter 2010 NCRS "Restorer" has an article on C1 air cleaner bases.

I knew better than to ever throw a Restorer issue away! Is anyone willing to scan, pdf, and send me a copy of this article?
